A Quick Review of a Busy Week

Even though we didn’t play any games this week, it was jam-packed with news for the Dolphins.

First, we fired our Defensive Coordinator Paul Pasquoloni and Linebacker Coach George Edwards left for the University of Florida’s Defensive Coordinator Job. He was replaced by former Giants DC Bill Sheridan, but the hunt is still on for the Coordinator position.

Second, we signed some young guys for the 2010 season. Some names include WR Julius Pruitt, G Ray Feinga, WR Ryan Grice-Mullen, S Nate Ness, and TE John Nalbone, among others. Nalbone was drafted in the 7th round, placed on the practice squad, released, and now resigned. Grice-Mullen played with Devone Bess at Hawaii, and has some potential.

Finally, Jake Long, the only Dolphin named to the pro bowl, wont play due to an injury. He will be repaced by Jets D’brickishaw Ferguson, of all people.

However, Long was named to the Sporting News all NFL team.
